INGREDIENTS

For the dough:

  • 1/2 tablespoon cane sugar
  • 1/2 pinch of salt
  • 27 g butter
  • 40 g flour
  • 1 egg

For the filling:

  • 85 g vanilla cream
  • 285 ml whipped cream
  • pulp of half a vanilla pod
  • 15 g vanilla sugar

For the glaze:

  • powdered sugar
  • espresso

PREPARATION

STEP 1:

Crush the blackberries and fill them into the glass.

STEP 2:

Add ice cubes.

STEP 3:

Crush the raspberries and fill them into the glass.

STEP 4

Top up with Very berry tea.

STEP 5

Enjoy cold.
