Why decaf has a bad reputation — and why it doesn't have to be that way
Many consider decaffeinated coffee to be a compromise in terms of taste. This is due to the process: some methods cost flavor. Our organic decaf is decaffeinated without chemicals, which preserves the coffee's natural character. What ends up in your cup is a full-bodied Arabica of medium intensity.

In the evening, when you don't want the coffee to cost you your sleep. After a meal, when it's about the taste and not the effect. And for everyone who avoids caffeine for their own reasons, without wanting to give up coffee.
What’s inside the capsule
A rich, medium-intensity Arabica from Mexico, organically certified and carefully drum-roasted in our own roastery. The decaffeination process uses no chemical solvents, ensuring the aroma and body are preserved.
The capsule itself is the same as all other varieties: compostable¹, free of aluminum, and compatible with Nespresso®³ Original machines. It is available in a 10-pack and a larger box.

Therefore, our capsules only contain coffees, teas, herbs and fruits of organic quality and only natural flavors. We combine high-quality organic enjoyment with a high standard of sustainability and environmental compatibility. That is why we use climate-neutral certified and garden-compostable capsules without aluminum.

Without chemicals. The process works without chemical solvents, ensuring the bean's aroma and body are preserved.
Decaffeinated coffee is not caffeine-free in the sense of zero. A very small residual content remains, as with any decaffeinated coffee. For the evening, this usually does not matter.
Yes. The medium intensity pairs well with milk. You can find suitable varieties and a barista oat drink under milk coffee capsules.
The price depends on the variety and pack size. Each variety is available as a 10-pack, with the best-sellers also available as a 50-count box and a 100-count Mega Box. The larger the box, the lower the price per capsule. You can see the current price and the base price per capsule directly on the product in the overview above.
For all original machines with cone-shaped capsules, i.e., Essenza, Pixie, CitiZ, Inissia, Lattissima, and comparable models. They do not fit Vertuo, as a different capsule format is used there. They are also not suitable for the Nespresso®³ Professional system.
Usually within 1–3 business days. Shipping is free for orders of €100 or more; below that, it costs €4.99. There is no minimum order quantity.
Place it in your household or garden compost, where it will decompose within a maximum of 24 weeks¹. It does not belong in the organic waste bin everywhere: many municipalities expressly exclude compostable packaging because their facilities operate with short composting cycles. A look at your municipality's waste regulations will clarify this. Where neither compost nor the organic waste bin is an option, general waste is the correct method.
