1. SCOPE
These general terms and conditions ("GTC") apply to all contracts between UniCaps GmbH, Im Technologiepark 6, 15236 Frankfurt/Oder ("UniCaps"), and the buyer ("Customer ") on the sale and/or delivery of movable property ("Goods").
2. REGISTRATION

3. CONCLUSION OF CONTRACT
By clicking on the "Buy now" button, the customer places a binding order for the items in the shopping cart. UniCaps will immediately confirm receipt of the order to the customer by e-mail (“confirmation of receipt”). The confirmation of receipt does not constitute a declaration of acceptance on the part of UniCaps.
A contract is only concluded when UniCaps declares its acceptance. The declaration of acceptance takes place with a separate e-mail either in the form of an order confirmation or a shipping confirmation no later than after five “working days” (Mon. – Fr. with the exception of national public holidays) from receipt of the customer's order. If the customer does not receive a declaration of acceptance from UniCaps within five working days of receipt of the confirmation of receipt, the customer's order has not been accepted; a contract is not concluded. 4. CANCELLATION POLICY

If you withdraw from this contract, we will owe you all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us) immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this repayment, we use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged fees for this repayment.
You must return unopened goods to UniCaps GmbH, Im Technologiepark 6, 15236 Frankfurt (Oder) immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send or hand over the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. We bear the costs of returning the goods.
You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to the handling of the goods that is not necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

5. PRICES
UniCaps' prices include the statutory VAT at the applicable rate.
6. DELIVERY AND SHIPPING COSTS
The customer will be informed about the delivery time on the respective product detail page.
Deliveries are delivered by post or courier to the shipping address specified by the customer in the order. Deliveries are made exclusively to delivery addresses within the Federal Republic of Germany.
For the packaging and shipping of the goods, the customer is charged 3 days for deliveries to Germany.€90 charged for shipping. With a minimum order value of 45 € there are no shipping costs.
If the purchase is not a purchase of consumer goods (§ 474 para. 1 BGB), the risk passes to the customer as soon as the delivery has been handed over to the transport person.
7. PAYMENT OPTIONS AND CONDITIONS
If UniCaps does not offer a payment method in an individual case during an order process, the customer can pay in advance, credit card, invoice, Paypal, Klarna and amazon pay.
For payments via Paypal, Klarna and amazon pay, the general terms and conditions of the respective payment service provider apply in addition to these terms and conditions.
In the case of a purchase by credit card, the customer's credit card account is debited when the order is sent by UniCaps.
8. RESERVATION OF TITLE
The goods remain the property of UniCaps until full payment has been made by the customer.
9. RETURNS
If you have received incorrect or damaged goods, you can return unopened goods to us free of charge within 14 days. Simply send an inquiry using our contact form.

10. DATA PROTECTION
UniCaps collects customer data as part of the processing of contracts and takes all necessary measures to protect the personal data provided by the customer and to comply with the applicable national and European data protection regulations at all times. 11. CHOICE OF LAW AND PLACE OF JURISDICTION
If the customer is a merchant, a legal entity under public law or a special fund under public law, Frankfurt/Oder is the exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising directly or indirectly from the contractual relationship. The same applies if a customer does not have a general place of jurisdiction in Germany, a customer has moved his domicile or habitual abode abroad after the conclusion of the contract, or his domicile or habitual abode is unknown at the time the action is filed.
12. SAVING OF THE CONTRACT TEXT
The contract text is not saved at UniCaps. It can be printed during the conclusion of the contract. The customer can find individual transactions in the “Account” area.
13. FURTHER INFORMATION
Here you will find the link to the EU Commission's online platform for out-of-court online dispute resolution (so-called OS platform). According to § 36 VSBG, we point out that we are neither willing nor obliged to participate in a dispute settlement procedure before a consumer arbitration board.
