In which countries can I order MY COFFEE CUP capsules?

We currently deliver within Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, the United Kingdom and France. In our online shop you can select the shop for your country before placing your order. If you would like to order our capsules outside of the specified countries, please contact us via our contact form We will find a solution for you.

I can also order by phone?

Our ordering processes are automated so that you receive your goods as quickly and inexpensively as possible. Ordering is therefore currently only possible via our online shop.

There is a minimum order quantity for your MY COFFEE CUP capsules?

There is no minimum order quantity in our online shop.

Where else can I buy your products?

Our organic coffee capsules and organic tea capsules are listed at the following retail partners:

Rewe, Wasgau, Edeka, Rossmann, dm Germany, dm Austria, Galeria Kaufhof, Globus, Kaufland, LFS Liebing, Media Markt/ Saturn, Aktuell Vertrieb, Tegut, V-Märkte.

A list of partners who carry our organic coffee beans will follow shortly.

My Coffee Cup's organic coffee beans are currently only available in Germany and Switzerland. We will inform you in good time about product launches in other markets.

What payment methods do you offer?

You can pay in our online shop using the following payment methods:

How long do I have to pay in advance?

Advance payments will only be cancelled after 14 days without receipt of payment.

Delivery

How long is the delivery time?

– Germany: 2 to 4 working days
– Austria: 2 to 4 working days
– Switzerland: 2 to 4 working days

How much are the shipping costs and from when will you pay them for me?

There is no minimum order quantity in our online shop. Shipping costs are €4.99. There are no shipping costs for orders over €100.

Can I specify a different delivery address, e.g. my place of work?

Yes, you can specify a delivery address of your choice during the ordering process.

How can I return something if I didn't get what I ordered or my goods are damaged?

If you have received incorrect or damaged goods, you can return unopened goods to us free of charge within 14 days. Simply send a request via our contact form.

Once we have received the goods, you will immediately receive your refund or replacement delivery. We recommend using the original package to send the return.
