• 1/2 tablespoon cane sugar
• 1/2 l hot coffee
• 50 g cream
• 1/2 lemon (zest)
• Optional coffee beans, biscuits and cocoa powder for garnish

Mix the cane sugar with the coffee.

Add cream and lemon zest.

Place a flat dish with the mixed ingredients in the freezer and wait until the coffee granita is frozen.
