Coffee granite

Surprise your loved one with a homemade coffee granita? A perfect dessert that is sure to delight!
INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 tablespoon cane sugar
- 1/2 l hot coffee
- 50 g cream
- 1/2 lemon (zest)
- Optional coffee beans, biscuits and cocoa powder for garnish
PREPARATION
STEP 1:
Mix the cane sugar with the coffee.
STEP 2:
Add cream and lemon zest.
STEP 3:
Place a flat dish with the mixed ingredients in the freezer and wait until the coffee granita is frozen.
STEP 4
Pour the granita into glasses and garnish with coffee beans, biscuits or cocoa powder as desired.
STEP 5
Have fun enjoying.
