One likes it moderate, one likes it hot. And one can't decide. Mint, lemongrass and rooibos. They characterize our "Stay Balanced". Peppermint is now grown in all temperate regions of Europe and Asia. For us it travels from Bulgaria, the USA, Austria and Egypt. Its sister, spearmint, and our lemongrass also come from Egypt. Although it tastes lemony, it belongs to the grass family. It prefers a warm, humid climate, lots of sun and sandy soil. Our rooibos can't decide - whether it wants it warm or cold. That's just like it. It is so demanding that it only grows in the Cedar Mountains of South Africa.
