Order
We currently deliver within Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, United Kingdom and France. In our online store you can select the store for your country before placing your order. If you want to order our capsules outside the indicated countries, please contact us via our contact form, we will find a solution foryou.
Our ordering processes are automated so that you receive your goods as quickly and cost-effectively as possible. Therefore, an order is currently only possible via our online store.
in our online store there is no minimum order quantity.
Our organic coffee capsules and organic tea capsules are listed with the following retail partners:
Rewe, Wasgau, Edeka, Rossmann, dm Germany, dm Austria, Galeria Kaufhof, Globus, Kaufland, LFS Liebing, Media Markt/ Saturn, Aktuell Vertrieb, Tegut, V-Märkte.
A list of partners who carry our organic coffee beans will follow shortly.
My Coffee Cup organic coffee beans are currently only available in Germany and Switzerland. We will inform you about product launches in the other markets in due time.

Advance payments will be cancelled only after 14 days without receipt of payment.
Delivery
– Germany: 1 to 3 working days
– Austria: 1 to 3 working days
– Switzerland & Liechtenstein: 1 to 3 working days
– United Kingdom: 3 to 4 working days
– France: 3 to 4 working days
There is no minimum order quantity in our online store. The shipping costs are 3,90 €. From an order value of 35 € there are no shipping costs.
Yes, you can specify a delivery address of your choice during the order process.
If you have received wrong or damaged goods, you can return unopened goods to us free of charge within 14 days. Simply send a request via our contact form.
Upon receipt of the goods you will immediately receive your refund or replacement. We recommend using the original package to ship the return.
