1. Mix flour, sugar, stream powder and salt in a bowl. Then add the butter and knead the dough by hand into a crumbly mass. Then add milk, letting the dough soften quickly without kneading it.
  2. Finally, roll out the dough to a 2 cm high dough and cut out about 16 scones.
  3. Now you can put the scones on your baking sheet, brush with milk and do for about 15 minutes (200 degrees) in the preheated oven.Tip: The scones taste fresh best!
