- Mix flour, sugar, stream powder and salt in a bowl. Then add the butter and knead the dough by hand into a crumbly mass. Then add milk, letting the dough soften quickly without kneading it.
- Finally, roll out the dough to a 2 cm high dough and cut out about 16 scones.
- Now you can put the scones on your baking sheet, brush with milk and do for about 15 minutes (200 degrees) in the preheated oven.Tip: The scones taste fresh best!
