Energy balls "Bliss Balls"
The Coffee Bliss Balls provide you with the extra kick of energy that accompanies you well through the stressful pre-Christmas period. The aromatic coffee note with the Christmas spices perfectly complements your coffee break. They are also ideal to prepare and take along as a snack on the go.
Preparation time: 6-10 minutes
+ 30 minutes soaking the dates
+ 30 minutes cooling time
Difficulty: Easy
Ingredients:
- 2-3 tablespoons of the Limited Edition Winter Special (prepared as espresso)
- 100 g dates, pitted
- 80 g almond, hazelnut, coconut flour or similar.
- A pinch of salt
- 70 g walnuts
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
- Coconut flakes for decoration (optional)
Preparation:
- Soak the dates in hot water for at least 30 minutes.
- Then mix flour, cocoa and salt in a bowl.
- Now drain the dates and add them to the dry mixture with the wet ingredients (espresso and vanilla extract). Blend these in a food processor or high-powered blender to form a dough. (Optionally, chop the dates with a knife and knead with remaining ingredients to form a homogeneous dough).
- Chop the walnuts a little smaller and knead them into the dough with your hands.
- Roll the dough into small balls of equal size and then roll in the coconut flakes.
- Place the balls on a flat plate and refrigerate for about 30 minutes.
If the balls are not eaten immediately, they can be stored in a sealed container in the refrigerator for at least a week.

Iced Coffee Recipe
Ingredients
- 4cl vodka
- 4cl coffee liqueur (Kahlúa or Baileys)
- 4cl Limited Edition Winter Special
- A dash of milk (optional)
- Ice cube
Preparation
- Add 4-6 ice cubes to the shaker.
- Pour the espresso, vodka and coffee liqueur into the shaker.
- Close the shaker tightly and shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds.
- Now pour the mixture into a martini glass, making sure to filter out the remaining ice cubes with the strainer of the shaker.
- Optionally, a dash of milk can be added.
