Information about registration, the newsletter and how to reset your password.
In order to log in, you must first register by creating a new user account. After that you can always log in to our online store with your email address and password.
Either you are new to MY COFFEE CUP and have not yet registered – or you have registered for our newsletter but not yet in the store.
To log in, please create a new user account.
No problem – just click on forgotten password in the login area and enter the email address you used to register in our online store.
We will then send you a link by email that you can use to reset your password and set a new one.
You may have entered a different email address when resetting than the one you entered when registering. In order to request a new password, the email address you provide must match that of your user account.
If you are sure that you have used the correct email address, please check your spam folder. If you don’t find the email there either, make sure that there is still space available in your mailbox. To free up memory, you can delete old emails.
If all this does not help, you are probably not even registered yet. In this case, please create a new user account to log in.
